• AMAX: Joint Venture with AMS, currently mining at AGA Iduapriem;
• Mining approx. 18 million BCMs annually;
• Contributing a fleet comprising 6 excavators, 20 rigid dump trucks, 8 articulated dump trucks, 4 dozers, 4 drill rigs and other ancillary equipment;
• JV currently employing 673 staff.

Asante Gold – Chirano Gold Mine

• Mining approx. 6 million BCMs annually;
• Fleet comprising 4 excavators, 41 articulated dump trucks, 5 dozers, 5 drill rigs and other ancillary equipment;
• Currently employing 360 staff.

• Block 7/8 Cut 1, 2 &3; Block 5 Mining
• Ajopa Pit Mining: Drill, Blast, Load and Haul
• 15 km overland ore delivery to Plant, inclusive of road maintenance
